By accessing or using our website in any way, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. When you book any programmes, products, or services from us, you will also be subject to these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions may be subject to changes at any time, and you accept that you are bound by the terms current at the time of your booking.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the digital products we sell (e-books, audio recordings, online courses, hybrid programmes, etc.), all fees paid for purchased digital products are non-refundable.

For payment plans: In the event that a payment plan has been agreed for any product, we reserve the right to apply an additional administration fee between 5-20%. It is your responsibility to ensure funds are available for processing on the agreed dates.

In the case of an online course or hybrid programme, if the agreed payment terms are not fulfilled, you will lose access to all related programme materials and any associated membership groups. Any fees paid will not be refunded.

If the programme includes 1:1 coaching, you have a 14-day withdrawal period, effective from the date of signing, payment, or first instalment. If any coaching session occurs during this period and you decide to withdraw after it, you will be liable for the coaching session fee.

Fees

All fees for programmes, products, and services are displayed on individual programme pages and are subject to change. However, any fees agreed at the beginning of our work together will be honored for the duration of the agreed programme. Should you wish to continue working with us beyond the initial package, a new fee agreement will be required.

Confidentiality

Any information shared during coaching, including personal goals, business details, or future plans, will remain confidential. We will not voluntarily disclose that you are in a coaching relationship without your permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are committed to providing you with the highest level of service. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Our total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), or misrepresentation shall be limited to the total price paid by you for the programme or service.

Data Protection & Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided in our programmes are owned by Academy of Evolution and cannot be reproduced, shared, or used for any commercial purposes without prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for the purposes of personal development within the programme only.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
